Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle in the UAE and wider GCC market, from prospecting to closeBuild relationships with C-level and compliance/risk stakeholders in banks, insurers, energy operators, and critical infrastructure providersTranslate regional regulatory drivers (UAE Central Bank cybersecurity framework, DESC, NESA) into a compelling case for ROOTKeyRepresent ROOTKey at regional events, conferences, and partner meetingsFeed market intelligence back to the product and marketing teams in LisbonCollaborate closely with Lisbon-based Sales, Compliance, and Engineering teams to tailor the pitch to local requirementsQualifications:
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling cybersecurity, RegTech, or compliance software into regulated industriesExisting network in UAE/GCC financial services, energy, or government sectorsFluent in English; Arabic is a strong plusComfortable working independently as a remote, market-opening hireFamiliarity with regional cybersecurity/data regulation is a plus, not required to startAdditional Information:
